Water-Based Structural Adhesive Special Paint (Model: BM-118)

This product is formulated with alkyd resin, anti-corrosive pigments, fillers, and solvents. It offers easy application, a high-gloss finish with a gloss level above 80°, hardness of HB, excellent outdoor weather resistance, and fast drying performance.

Application Scope:
BM-118 is suitable for coating areas where corrosion is not severe and where appearance and anti-corrosion requirements are moderate. It provides good rust prevention performance in general atmospheric environments but is not recommended for use in chemical plants, coastal areas, or applications requiring high durability and weather resistance.

One of the key advantages of this paint is its low surface preparation requirement. For steel structures, surface derusting by power tools or manual grinding to St2 level is sufficient before application.

Suitable Substrates:
This product is ideal for light-duty anti-corrosion and decorative topcoat applications on a variety of surfaces including metal, containers, wood, stone, highway guardrails, steel structures, and concrete.

Notes:

1. Theoretical consumption: approx. 0.2 kg/m² per coat.

2. Winter outdoor application is recommended between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM to avoid dew and fogging before the paint film dries.

3. Construction conditions: temperature above 5°C, relative humidity below 85%.

4. If dilution is necessary, the amount of added water should not exceed 5%.
