High-Temperature Armor – Water-based Silicone Single Component Topcoat

Our company is proud to introduce the water-based silicone resin single-component topcoat, formulated using a special process with water-based silicone resin as the base material. This product is highly resistant to high temperatures, with a temperature range from 100°C to 600°C. It also offers cathodic protection, rust prevention, durability, impact resistance, oil and solvent resistance, fast drying time, excellent salt spray resistance, saltwater resistance, freshwater resistance, and superior adhesion, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance on various metal substrates. The paint film is fine, smooth, flat, aesthetically pleasing, non-toxic, odorless, and environmentally friendly.

This product is widely used for corrosion and rust protection on various high-temperature metal equipment such as boilers, chimneys, exhaust pipes, radiators, industrial ovens, heat exchangers, steel structure furnaces, machinery, heating stoves, hot air furnaces, dust collectors, and other metal high-temperature equipment.

To meet different temperature resistance requirements, this product is available in five different models with the following temperature resistance levels: 200°C, 300°C, 400°C, 500°C, and 600°C.

Note:

1. The amount of paint required for one coat is 0.2kg/㎡.

2. For outdoor spraying in winter, the recommended time is between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM (to prevent dew and ensure the paint film has dried before fogging). The application temperature should be above 5°C, and humidity should be below 85%. The amount of added water should be controlled within a 5% range.
