Radiative Cooling Coating is a type of coating that is unaffected by surrounding media, featuring superhydrophobic and superoleophobic self-cleaning functions. The coated surface resembles a lotus leaf, and it can be applied to surfaces to reflect as much solar heat radiation as possible, thus lowering the temperature of the coated object’s surface. The temperature of the coated surface will always be 2-40°C lower than the ambient temperature during the day (depending on regional, seasonal, and material differences).
How to distinguish the authenticity: Refer to third-party test reports. The radiative cooling coating should meet the following radiative performance criteria: solar reflectance ≥ 0.92, hemispherical emissivity ≥ 0.88, and atmospheric window emissivity ≥ 0.92.
Our product achieves over 95% solar reflectance and 90% hemispherical emissivity. After one hour of direct sunlight exposure, the temperature difference between the coated and uncoated substrate surfaces can reach 30-45°C, effectively blocking heat transfer and preventing heat from penetrating into the interior. Note:
The recommended application quantity is 0.2 kg/m² per coat.
For outdoor spraying in winter, the optimal time is from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (to avoid dew formation and incomplete drying of the coating film). The temperature should be above 5°C, and the humidity should be controlled below 85%. The water addition should be controlled within a 5% range.
