Water-Based Anti-Corrosive Wood Coating for Outdoor Use

Our company’s water-based anti-corrosive wood coating has undergone rigorous natural exposure testing, which proves its ability to overcome the common shortcomings of traditional outdoor water-based wood coatings, such as whitening and aging due to direct sunlight exposure. It boasts excellent weather resistance and color retention, with strong anti-corrosive properties such as algae resistance, moisture resistance, antibacterial action, and mold resistance, effectively prolonging the lifespan of wood. The coating provides outstanding elongation, flexibility, and crack resistance, ensuring strong adhesion with no peeling or delamination.

Additionally, the product offers excellent re-coating performance, making repairs and maintenance easy. It also features good breathability, allowing the wood to "breathe" freely, adjust humidity, and maintain its natural elasticity. With strong permeability and high transparency, it highlights the wood’s natural grain while offering comprehensive protection to the material.

This product is suitable for use on outdoor wooden doors, windows, shutters, furniture, and landscape anti-corrosion wooden products. During application, ensure the substrate surface is clean and dry (with a moisture content below 15%). Stir thoroughly before use and lightly sand the wood surface. Apply by spraying or brushing. At an ambient temperature of 20°C and medium humidity, the surface will dry in approximately 2 hours, and after 4 to 24 hours of full drying, a second layer can be applied. Drying time may vary depending on temperature and humidity, and the re-coating time will change accordingly.

Note:

1. The consumption for one coat is approximately 0.2kg/㎡.

2. For outdoor spraying in winter, the optimal spraying time is from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (to prevent dew and wet coating surfaces). The temperature should be controlled above 5°C and humidity below 85%, with water addition controlled within 5%.
