Water-based Epoxy Floor Paint

Water-based epoxy floor paint features high compressive strength, excellent impact resistance, high surface hardness, good wear resistance, excellent stain resistance, and good corrosion resistance. It is easy to clean, maintains its color over time, and has strong adhesion to substrates. The paint offers good breathability, excellent recoatability, and strong interlayer adhesion, significantly improving construction efficiency.

It is suitable for use in indoor environments such as underground parking lots, commercial and residential flooring renovations, factory workshops, and warehouses.

Notes:

1. Mix Component A with 5%-10% clean water, then mix with Component B until uniform before use. The recoat interval should be no less than 3 hours. Mixing with other paints or organic solvents is strictly prohibited.

2. After mixing Components A and B, use within 3 hours. The coverage for one coat is approximately 0.2kg/m².

3. In winter, the outdoor spraying time should be between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM (to prevent dew formation and the paint film from not drying). The construction temperature should be above 5°C, with humidity controlled below 85%, and the water addition should be within the 5% range.

• Sealing Primer: HD-202A, HD-202B (A:B = 4:1)

• Topcoat: HM-203A, HM-203B (A:B = 1:1)

Superior products:

• Sealing Primer: HYDPQ-003A, HYDPQ-003B (A:B = 10:1)

• Intermediate Coat: HYDPQ-005A, HYDPQ-005B (A:B = 8:1)

• Topcoat: HYDPQ-007A, HYDPQ-007B (A:B = 4:1)
