Water-based Penetrating Single-component Sealing Primer
Product Models: CDHW-1200, CDHW-1300. This product penetrates substrates by 3-5mm, forming an integrated surface that achieves a sealing effect. It provides excellent coverage, sealing performance, a smooth finish, good penetration, and high transparency. It is suitable for non-metallic mineral materials such as cement-based surfaces, stone, brick, and putty. The application is simple, and it can be directly sprayed onto the substrate surface using a sprayer or spray bottle to wet the surface. Under normal conditions, the next step in the process can begin after 3 hours.

Through several months of field tests, the performance of the product has been ideal. When comparing CDHW-1300 and CDHW-1200, the film thickness on the surface of CDHW-1300 is slightly thinner, but all other properties are identical. It is recommended that customers without special requirements choose CDHW-1300, while CDHW-1200 should be used for projects with higher performance demands.

Note:

1. The coverage rate per coat is 0.15 kg/m².

2. For outdoor spraying in winter, apply between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM (to avoid dew and incomplete drying of the paint film), with the temperature controlled above 5°C and humidity below 85%. The water addition should be controlled within a range of 5%.
