Anti-aging and UV-resistant – Water-based Polyurethane Topcoat

Our company proudly introduces a high-performance, environmentally friendly, and aesthetically pleasing water-based polyurethane topcoat. This product is formulated with water-based polyurethane resin, functional additives, and other materials, crafted using advanced processes. It offers excellent features such as high film hardness, good weather resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding adhesion to different metal substrates, and good compatibility with various primers. Additionally, it provides excellent gloss retention and weatherability, while also offering excellent abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and resistance to weak acids and alkalis. This makes it an ideal long-lasting anti-corrosion topcoat for various steel components. It is suitable for metal surfaces that require both decoration and protection, such as buildings, bridges, ships, and chemical equipment.

Note:

1. Use the mixed A and B components within 3 hours. The recommended coverage for one coat is 0.2kg/m².

2. For outdoor spraying in winter, the ideal working hours are from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (to avoid dew or incomplete drying before fog formation). The application temperature should be above 5°C, and humidity should be below 85%. The added amount of water should not exceed 5%.
