Water-based Single-component Fluorocarbon Wall Paint (Product Model: FTQ-1108)

This paint is composed of water-based fluorocarbon resin, high-grade pigments, additives, and other ingredients. It is produced through the copolymerization of various fluorine-containing monomers with vinyl monomers or other polar vinyl monomers that have side groups. The solution polymerization and suspension polymerization processes using tetrafluoroethylene or trifluorochloroethylene monomers, in combination with other polar vinyl monomers, can produce water-based single-component thermoplastic fluoropolymer coatings with a molecular weight range of 2000–5000.

This product offers exceptional weather resistance, with long-lasting color retention, preventing film peeling and fading over time (up to 20 years of service life). It also exhibits outstanding saltwater resistance, strong adhesion, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, superior anti-staining properties, and washability. The paint film has a soft and elegant appearance, providing excellent fog-resistance, flame-retardancy, and corrosion protection.

It is suitable for use on concrete and putty surfaces and is particularly effective as a protective and decorative finish on concrete surfaces exposed to moderate to severe corrosive environments, where high gloss and color retention are required.

Notes:

1. The recommended coverage is 0.2kg/㎡ per coat.

2. For outdoor spraying in winter, the application should occur between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM (to avoid dew and ensure the paint film dries properly before fogging). The application temperature should be above 5°C, and the humidity should be below 85%. The amount of added water should not exceed 5%.
