Two-Component National Standard Water-Based Fluorocarbon Coating

Water-based fluorocarbon paint is primarily made from water-based fluorocarbon resin, designed for the weather-resistant coatings of building walls, metal surfaces, and machinery. This product offers a wide range of colors, excellent weather resistance, superior anti-fouling properties, outstanding chemical resistance, and good salt spray resistance. With a fluorine content of more than 20%, water-based fluorocarbon paint can withstand over 1500 hours of salt spray testing without any changes to the film, making it highly effective in resisting aging. For outdoor use, it can last for over 20 years.

Water-based fluorocarbon paint is suitable for interior and exterior steel structures, concrete surfaces, and walls. It can also be used as a topcoat in anti-corrosion coating systems. It is widely used in industrial infrastructure corrosion protection, including cement plants, power plants, bridge corrosion protection, large steel structure factories, steel plants, chemical plants, petrochemical equipment, and more.

Note:

1. Mix components A and B and use within 3 hours. The recommended application rate is 0.2 kg/㎡ for one coat.

2. For outdoor spraying in winter, the optimal spraying time is from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (to prevent dew formation and the paint film from being under-dried). The application temperature should be above 5°C, with humidity controlled below 85%, and the added water should be kept within a 5% range.
