Water-based Two-Component Epoxy Powder-Free Topcoat

Water-based two-component epoxy topcoat product model: ZND-1000A, ZND-1000B. This product is composed of water-based epoxy resin, inorganic pigments, and hardener. It can form a hard and wear-resistant paint film under low-temperature conditions, making it suitable for application in various seasons and environments. The product has strong adhesion to cement surfaces and can be submerged in water for long periods without cracking, bubbling, or peeling. It is widely used for topcoating surfaces that are not exposed to direct sunlight, such as sewage treatment tanks, railway bridges, high-voltage transmission towers, containers, offshore drilling and oil exploration equipment, vehicle chassis, heavy machinery, ships, chemical equipment and pipelines, and gas storage tanks in gas engineering.

Note:

1. The mixed components A and B should be used within 3 hours.

2. The application rate is 0.2 kg/㎡ per coat.

3. For outdoor spraying in winter, the spraying time should be between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM (to avoid dew and incomplete drying of the paint film). The temperature should be above 5°C, and the humidity should be below 85%. The amount of added water should be controlled within a range of 5%.
