Water-Based Two-Component Epoxy Zinc-Rich Primer (Zinc Content 10%–80%)

It is commonly used as a fundamental primer layer in heavy-duty anti-corrosion systems across a wide range of industries, including marine engineering, chemical storage and transportation facilities, bridges, pipelines, ships, and heavy machinery.

Important Notes:

• When mixing components A and B, follow the specified ratio in the product manual precisely:

• For zinc content ZND-10%~40%, mix A:B = 2:1

• For zinc content ZND-50%~80%, mix A:B = 4:1

• After mixing, the coating should be used within 3 hours to prevent curing, which would render it unusable.

Additional Instructions:

1. Recommended consumption per coat: approximately 0.3 kg/m².

2. For outdoor applications during winter, the optimal spraying time is between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM to avoid dew or fog before the paint surface is dry.

• Construction temperature should be maintained above 5°C.

• Relative humidity should be controlled below 85%.

• Water dilution should not exceed 5%.
