Water-Based Inorganic Zinc-Rich Epoxy Primer

Product Model: WJFX-1010~1070 (10%~70% zinc content, customized based on customer requirements). The product primarily consists of (inorganic pigments + water-based inorganic resin) + curing agent + (zinc powder added as needed). According to relevant sources, inorganic zinc-rich coatings are one of the coatings with the longest corrosion resistance lifespan. This product offers excellent anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties, effectively preventing metal surface corrosion and oxidation. It has a relatively short drying time and high film hardness. It uses water as a solvent, making it environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and free from fire hazards. It can withstand temperatures between 200°C and 400°C and performs well in weak acid and weak alkali environments.

For application, it requires a curing environment with humidity less than 85% and a temperature above 5°C. The area should also be well-ventilated, and the product should not be used in rainy conditions. This product is compatible with water-based acrylic, polyurethane, epoxy, fluorocarbon, and silicone coatings, except for oil-based paints. It is ideal for use on oil tanks, cargo holds, solvent tanks, ballast tanks, and marine steel structures exposed to harsh environments and conditions, as well as on bridges, chimneys, etc. It can also be used as a rust-proof and heat-resistant coating.

Note:

1. The A and B components must be used within 3 hours after mixing. The recommended application amount is 0.3 kg/m² per coat.

2. For outdoor spraying in winter, apply between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM (to avoid dew or incomplete drying of the paint film). The amount of added water should be controlled within a range of 5%.
